Stumbled into this after watching other weavers. Where did you get the chip board? It seems it would be useful to do a shuttle from it as well but I do appreciate your tutorial and it looks like I'll be going back to weaving after I finish the macrame project.

We received a box of crayola colored pencils...12 in the box. The video is using Prismacolor colored pencils with a much wider variety of colors. So our work will look nothing like the one in the video if we use the pencils provided. Instead, I tried to mimic the sample provided, using colored pencil skills I've learned over the years through library books and classes. Also, I think this video should have showed more use of blending and use of paper towels as described in the assignment.

It's has a wonderful message and a great tune. That song should be offered to a popular group to be done to a large audience to give recognition not only to the song but more importantly to those with PTSD. Like the song says, wars have their costs.

You sing it, Michael! It was a great, heartfelt song. For the record, I see people with disabilities as very strong people because they have to fight harder to get through life. Not that life is easy for anyone, even healthy 'normal' people, but for some crazy reason there are those that see people with disabilities as people to be shunned or made fun of. As you know, the most important thing is how God sees us. Do we have His approval? Nothing wrong with working to "change the world" how people see people with CP, as long as the focus is never lost on what is the most important focus on how God sees us. For me, there's a satisfaction of I don't care what people think of me. I want to be kind and loving to all but if that's not enough for them, so be it. I'm not out to please the world, I'm out to please God.
